As Secretary for the past three years, Gaurav has been dedicated to supporting the local small business community, currently volunteering with the Heidelberg West Business Park. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he played a crucial role in supporting the community by donating masks and hand sanitizers. Through Nubevest, Gaurav has helped over 1000 small businesses transition online and enhance their marketing, enabling them to thrive in the digital age.

Gaurav also founded Skillset Australia, an initiative focused on helping individuals enter the workforce and upskill, particularly in the Health & Education sectors. Skillset Australia has been instrumental in supporting vulnerable areas such as Aged Care, Childcare, and Hospitals during times of workforce shortages. The organization has successfully upskilled over 2500 students, helping them secure jobs, and boasts over 110 Google reviews with an impressive 4.95-star rating.

In addition, Gaurav’s efforts extend internationally, employing 30 individuals in Noida, India, through Nubevest, and consistently remitting salaries back to support these employees. He has also facilitated the employment of 27 interns in their respective sectors, with a particular focus on the Indian community. Gaurav is committed to providing free consulting services to various community and healthcare sectors, striving to bridge the gap between businesses in need and skilled individuals ready to make a difference.
